Swap soaps, body washes and bath products you don't use

Soaps and body care are the most common beauty gifts, and the most likely to sit unopened in a cupboard. If they're still sealed, swap them for something you'll actually use.

Bar soap, shower gel, hand wash, body lotion, hand cream, scrubs and bath salts or bombs can all be listed, as long as they're new and sealed in their original packaging.

• New and unused, in the original wrapper, seal or box
• Personal care only (no household cleaners or laundry detergent)
• No antiperspirants or medicated products
• No aerosols
