Accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We design with sufficient color contrast, text that can be resized, labels on every form field and button, keyboard access to every action, visible focus, and text alternatives for product photos.

SwapMyBeauty is a young service and we keep reviewing every page, so some parts may not fully meet this goal yet. We test new features with keyboard navigation and screen readers before we release them.

If something is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email privacy@swapmybeauty.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within 3 business days and, while we fix it, we’ll help you complete what you were trying to do.
