Open only to registered SwapMyBeauty members who are legal residents of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Joining SwapMyBeauty is free at swapmybeauty.com/join and requires no purchase. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and households are not eligible. Accounts suspended for breaking the SwapMyBeauty Terms of Service are not eligible.

The Draw begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock.

Method A, members: in the SwapMyBeauty member area, tap “Take part” on the SwapMyBeauty Holiday Draw card to accept these Official Rules. From then, each product listed in your Swap Closet that is approved under our listing rules and live at any time on or before the end of the Entry Period earns 1 entry. Products listed before you tapped, or before the Entry Period, count too. Joining SwapMyBeauty and listing products are free. Listings that are rejected, or removed by you or by Sponsor before the drawing, do not count.

Method B, free daily entry: after tapping “Take part”, tap “Free daily entry” on the same card. Each tap earns 1 entry, once per calendar day (ET). No product is needed.

Limit: a maximum of 5 entries per person for the whole Entry Period, using Method A, Method B or both. Method A and Method B entrants have the same chance of winning. Entries are linked to one SwapMyBeauty account; using multiple accounts or automated means to get more entries voids all of that person’s entries.

One (1) prize: a SwapMyBeauty Holiday Beauty Box: a selection of new, factory-sealed makeup, skincare and bath & body products chosen by SwapMyBeauty. Approximate retail value (ARV): $250. The contents are chosen by Sponsor and may vary. The products are not provided or endorsed by any brand, and no brand is a sponsor of this Draw. No cash or other substitution, transfer or assignment by the winner; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. The prize is shipped free of charge to the winner’s address in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut. Any taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

On or about December 16, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received, using a computer-based random selection in which each entry has an equal chance. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the drawing and must reply within 7 days with their full name, a shipping address in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut and confirmation of eligibility. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Entry information is collected by Sponsor and used only to run this Draw (counting entries, choosing and contacting the winner, delivering the prize) as described in our Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not use the winner’s name or likeness for advertising without the winner’s separate written consent, except to publish the winner’s first name and state in the winners list where permitted by law.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to this Draw. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive way. If the Draw cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, where permitted, select the winner from eligible entries received before the event.

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. Entrants release Sponsor from claims arising from participation in the Draw or from the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such a release is not permitted by law. Nothing in these rules limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

This Draw is governed by the laws of the State of New York. It is offered only in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
